Formulation:
Each 100 mL contains: Spinosad (spinosyn A and spinosyn D) 480 g, excipients q.s.p 100 mL

Indication:
Sequent® PSP is an insecticide of natural origin, for use in livestock facilities or in poultry. Its novel formulation based on spinosad, exerts a dual action on the insect through the union of two unique and selective receptors in the insect, so it does not present cross resistance with any other insecticide compound. Spinosad is a neurotoxin composed of a mixture of spinosyns A and D, which are tetracyclic compounds of macrolides that act on the post-synaptic receptors of nicotinic acetylcholine and GABA receptors. Control of house flies and their larvae, barn flies (Domestic fly and Stomoxys calcitrans), lesser house fly (Fannia canicularis), manure beetle or black beetle (Alphitobius diaperinus) and leather beetle (Dermestes spp.); in and around the livestock facilities. Control of bird mites: Dermanyssus gallinae (red mite) and Ornithonyssus Bursa (coruco) Ornithonyssus sylviarum (tropical ornithosum), in and around livestock facilities, as well as in the same birds.

Dosage and Administration:
Poultry: Presence of mites; Dilute 30 mL in 14 L of water. Apply no more than 4 L per 100 birds to ensure adequate coverage. Reapply every 14 days or when necessary. A first application of Sequent® PSP and in severe infestations, use 60 mL / 7 L of water. Facilities with presence of: Mites: In a first application of Sequent® PSP or in severe infestations, use 60 mL / 7 L of water. Subsequent applications or when the levels of infestation are low: 30 mL / 7 L of water. Because of its level of safety it can be applied in the presence of birds and even in eggs for human consumption. Beetles: 30 mL / 7 L of water (to spray 250m2); for the treatment of the soil, especially around and under the troughs and drinking fountains, walls and supporting beams. In case of severe infestations double the dose. Flies and mosquitoes: 30 mL / 18 L of water (to spray 500 m2); for the treatment of the resting areas of the flies, with special attention to the side walls, areas at each end of the building, upper parts of the door jambs and transverse beams. Apply early in the morning when the flies are resting. In case of severe infestations double the dose.
